  • 40 walking lunges

A. Front Squat

  • 10-10-5-5-3-3-1-1

B. Bench Press

  • 30- Light
  • 5-5-5-5-5

C. AMRAP10

  • 4 Hang Power Clean
  • 8 T2B
  • 12 Ball Slam

D. AMRAP

  • plank hold from hands, every 15 secs do a push up
  • when your plank fails or you cannot push up, you’re done!
