B. Push Press

  • 15 rep warmup set
  • 5-5-5-5-5 across

C. 3 RFT

  • 3 Wall Walks
  • 15 KBS – HEAVY
  • 15 wall balls

D. 3x

  • 8-10 Pullup Negatives (hold chin at top for 3 seconds; lower down slowly)
  • 4 Power Snatch
