Warmup/ 2 rounds:

  • 20m Bear Crawl
  • 10 Jumping Jacks
  • 2 Forward Rolls or Candlestick to standing
  • 10 Squats
  • 2 Cartwheels
  • 20 pushups
  • 40 Lunges

A. Front Squats

  • 5×2 @ 80% of 1RM

B.  AMRAP 10

  • 10 box jumps
  • 10 KB Alternating 1-leg RDL (5/side)
  • 10 bent over row

C. Bench Press

  • 4 Rounds for max reps- 60% of 1RM

D. 2 Rounds

  • 20 V-Ups
  • 20 Reverse Crunches
  • 20 Side Plank Reach-under (10/side)
