Warm up:

  • Run 500m
  • 30 sec/leg Lunge stretch
  • 10/ side: hook hip lift
  • 20/ side: banded lateral steps

A. Deadlift

  • 10-10-5-5-3-3-1-1

B. 5 RFT

  • 30 Split Squat Jumps
  • 30 Double Unders (90 Single Unders)

C. Jerk Balance- using Cannella cross

  • 5-5-5

D. Cool down/ Mobility

  • Couch Stretch: 1 Minute/Leg
  • Pigeon Stretch: 1 Minute/Leg
  • Lax ball smash: Traps/ Ant. Delts
  • Foam Roll: Calves/ IT Bands
