  • 20/side lateral tube walking
  • PVC Front Rack Warm-Up/Mobility

A. Front Squats

  • 2-2-2-2-2 @80% of 1RM

B. 4 RFT

  • 200m run
  • 10 C2B Pullup (BEG/INT: NO bands! Negatives only)
  • 10 HSPU (Beginner: Pushups)

C. 2 sets

  • 25 Walking Lunges (50 total)
  • 15 TRX/Ring plank knee tuck
