  • 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Strict Pull-Up (Scale as needed)

B. For Time: In Teams of 2

6 Rounds, each:

  • 50m Walking Lunge
  • 200m Run

C. Mobility

  • T-spine roll out
  • shoulder ball smash (ANT and POST)
